Hi, I'm Kelly! I'm so honored that your curiosity lead you here!

I've been guiding yoga regularly for over 5 years to many different communities. Expanding beyond studio spaces to online offerings, workshops, retreats, festivals, parks, the aquarium, the local greenhouse, and more! It brings me immense fulfillment to get to guide others through this way of being with themselves while tapping into collective healing. Blessed to get to teach in so many sacred spaces!

As an actor, I am passionate about the human experience. As a dancer, movement communicates with me on an emotional and spiritual level. I want to continue exploring our human complexities and use that knowledge to balance, strengthen, heal, and elevate.

For those of you who are brand new to yoga but curious to try it on... can't afford to take studio classes... prefer privacy... are dedicated practitioners building a home practice... or you're just compelled to see how my approach to yoga connects with you...
